This color profile for Lightroom Classic allows you to convert RAW still images into LogC, unlocking the ability to process them like you would digital cinema files inside of Davinci Resolve.
I developed this preset to solve a very real problem I had with my photography workflow. I’ve always liked processing images in Davinci Resolve, but the Fuji RAW files were not natively recognized inside of Resolve.
This color profile allows you to complete the LOG conversation inside of Lightroom, while you stll have access to the RAW data, allowing for a more accurate color-transform while avoiding color-blocks, noise, and other artifacts.
This allows me to use the color-grading workflows I’m used to while processing my images, many of which require a LOG image as a starting point.
